Refund Eligibility
1. Project Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your project within 7 days of the initial deposit or before the commencement of any substantial work, whichever comes first, you may be eligible for a full refund of your initial deposit.
2. Non-Delivery: In the rare event that we fail to start your project within the agreed timelines without any communication or reasonable explanation, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Not As Described: If the final delivery significantly deviates from the service descriptions provided at the time of purchase and we are unable to rectify this deviation within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the service delivered.
Process for Requesting a Refund
1. Notification: To request a refund, please contact us

2. Review: Our team will review your request, which may include a consultation to understand your concerns fully. We aim to resolve any issues amicably, seeking a solution that aligns with both parties’ expectations.
3. Resolution: If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 14 business days of the decision. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
Limitations
– Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
– Refunds for partial services will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, considering the work completed and the value provided.
– Refund requests submitted beyond 14 days of service delivery will not be eligible but will be considered for account credit or adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
